I am a South African girl, studying in the student town; Stellenbosch currently a 2nd year BA language and culture student. The purpose of this blog is for me to practice my writing skills in anticipation of applying for a journalism honours course at SU. The basic idea that i was trying to use came from a mixture of two movies I once saw. My friends and family read my work and give me advice. Any crit is welcome, even appreciated. Hopefully this will trace my way to reaching my dream of one day becoming a professional writer. (Professional writer? is that the right word?)
